Turning the Tide of Trauma (TTT) is based in South Africa and abides by applicable South African laws.
Goods & Services
TTT provides membership benefits (access to a directory, articles, recommended resources, training information, events, and forums) and sells branded merchandise such as apparel, mugs, bags and accessories.
Membership Directory
Members may opt in to have their contact and service details published in the Directory of Service Providers. Only members who explicitly consent will have details displayed publicly.
Payments & Security
All transactions are in South African Rand (ZAR) and processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways. TTT does not store credit card or banking details after transactions are completed.
Liability
TTT is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party service providers (including couriers and payment processors), or for delays and data loss caused by factors outside our control.
Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
