- Directory service information (if you opt in)

- Information you voluntarily submit via forms or correspondence
How We Use Information
We use personal information to manage memberships, maintain the directory, facilitate e-commerce, send communications and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share mailing lists with third parties for marketing.
Consent & Opt-In
Directory publication requires explicit opt-in consent. Members who do not opt in will have their information kept confidential and used only for internal administrative purposes.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways (for example First National Bank) and TTT does not retain credit card details after completion of a transaction.
Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. Data may be stored on secure cloud systems or hosted servers located in South Africa or jurisdictions with equivalent protections.
Access, Correction & Deletion
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where applicable by contacting us at info@turningthetideoftrauma.org.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes collected or as required by law. When no longer needed, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
