Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times

- Outlying / rural areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination. Orders over R800 may qualify for free delivery during promotional periods.
Undeliverable Packages
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional courier costs may apply.
