Refund & Cancellation Policy

We comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Returns

Items purchased from our online store may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging and in the same condition received.

To arrange a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Return courier costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

If an item is out of stock after payment, you may choose a full refund or an exchange of equal value.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
